The LRI is a non-profit that is committed to finding treatments that demonstrably extend human lifespan by 2030 through aging research. We were approached to develop an entire visual identity system from a blank slate, alongside a website for the launch of the new organization.
Through our strategy we identified focus, transparency and openness as key brand attributes. The abstract symbol was designed as a collection of cells coming together indicating discovery, while the center circles create a strong focal point to symbolically represent their key brand attributes.
To truly differentiate the brand from other science institutes, we developed a custom site incorporate visual elements inspired from the logo in unique animated ways.
